The Trollfjord is one of the most frequently visited tourist attractions in the county of Nordland.

With its narrow entrance and steep-sided mountains, it cuts westwards from the Raftsundet strait, opening out into an almost mythic landscape.

The famous "Battle of the Trollfjord" took place here over a hundred years ago between the fishermen in their small traditional boats and the merchants in their larger steamships. This battle was later immortalised by Johan Bojer in his novel "The Last Viking".
We set our course for the Trollfjord and cruise through the archipelago and through narrow fjords with excellent opportunities for observing sea eagles and other marine animals and birds.
